If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

All regular-priced items are eligible for refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. No items will be accepted after the 30-day time period has passed. Please note you may return most KEEKON items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. 

Refund and Exchange Conditions

Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

We must receive the item in the same condition as it was delivered.

The items must be in the original packaging.

The proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are only allowed if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged. When your product is broken, you need to send us the broken product photos. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For Returns:

To initiate a return or seek our support, contact us at support@keekon.com. All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

General Return Process

Initiate a return: Please email us at support@keekon.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
  • No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

    Want to Cancel

    If you want to cancel the order while the product has already been shipped out, you can pay the interception fee and we will try to submit an interception for you, but we cannot guarantee whether it can be intercepted.

    If your order is in processing (within 3 business days) and has not been shipped out of the warehouse, you can contact us by phone or email to cancel the order, and we will cancel the order for you and give you a full refund.

    Exemptions

    The following items will not be eligible for any refunds:
    - Gift Cards
    - Customized Items
    - Clearance Items
    - Items Not in Original Condition
    - Damaged Items Due to Artificial Damage or Improper Use
    - Items Beyond the 30-Day Return Window

    Refund Processing Time

    If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund in 5 working days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company's transferring time).

    If you pay through PayPal, you will receive the refund on time after you receive the refund email.

    The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

    Missing Refunds

    If we have approved a refund but it hasn't reflected on your bank account yet, please contact your bank or credit card company first. It can take up to two weeks for the refund to process seamlessly.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@keekon.com.

    Unclaimed Package

    If your package has been unclaimed it will be sent back to us.
    We will contact you in order to determine if the order should be reshipped or refunded.
    If the buyer does not come back to us within 31 days, the order will no longer be able to be reshipped and not refunded.
